As I uderstand it, the answer is no.
But as you may recall, I don't know everything.

EVery once in a while you will run into someone who claims to have held a "nationwide CCW". Invariable, such people either have "left it at home" or "didn't both to renew it"

ONLY nationwide CCW is FEDERAL LEO credentials!

Even LEOs under HR218 are restricted on mags/ammo/where they can carry when out of state (they MUST comply with civilian carry laws in non-resident states under HR218).

Yes, if you're a LEO covered by HR218. Otherwise, forget it, doesn't
exist.

There is also diplomatic credentials from a recognized nation - which is how Yassar Arafat was able to carry in NYC.
