Yea, not sure what the dude was really up to there, but looks like he's getting railroaded pretty hard.
Observations:
1) Why didn't they just get him on illegal gun charges like all the others? ( )
2) The State will always win.
3) Never try to have any fun anywhere near NIMBY's.........Learned this 15+ years ago when searching for land for legal 4 wheeling.....Even if you have a legal spot, if you're too close to people that hate you, you're going to lose it.
