Had a permit for a long time, let it expire in 98 after the whole AWB fiasco. Finally woke up and realized I want to start shooting again.
So, while I wait patiently for my LTC, I want to look into compliant uppers. Looking for a reasonably priced upper, thinking flat top with floating guard (maybe). Key here will be reasonably priced. Will be going to the Marlboro show in a month so no huge rush but would like to see what it is I am buying, but is not absolutely necessary.
Goint to go to Waynes in West Boylston as it is close to me and wanted other suggestions from people here who have had experience. I will be building a stripped lower myself as I like the idea of knowing how something is put together and it sounds kinda fun.
