Seems like an insurrection since he disrupted a an official proceeding
The statute that was debated in the case states that those who “corruptly” alter, destroy or conceal a record, document or other object or tries to do so with the intent to impair the object’s ability to be used in a proceeding or “otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so” is guilty of violating federal law and could be fined, imprisoned or both.

What kills me is they do shit like this all the time. "By any means necessary" is their moto. Those that don't think they cheat in elections need a bullet bath.
Yup, they are the sleaziest people on the planet. Always scheming a way around doing the right thing.

First thing first; Bowman is an idiot. Check the video of him shouting at Massie.

Next thing: the Cannon building is not the Capitol. Pulling a fire alarm in Cannon doesn’t interrupt or interfere with a vote taking place in the House chamber.

Chalk it up to stupidity.

If it was a white Republican I'm sure that they would dig up some government functions that were being interrupted in that building and would then compare it to Pearl harbor or 9/11.
