6. Packaging & Shipping​

All orders will be shipped in non-descriptive packaging. Products will be shipped by shipping providers assigned by Windham Weaponry Inc and are at the sole discretion of Windham Weaponry Inc. Any shipments involving damage are the responsibility of the purchaser and any claims must be filed with the carriers responsible. Any issues must be made to Windham Weaponry Inc within 30 days of shipment.

Sounds like Windham does not understand that the buyer cannot file a claim with the shipper.
