what brand 7.62x39 ammo do you shoot

Ak is probably like my sks , its a garbage disposal and will eat anything you slide down the mag. Shoot cheap and enjoy.

Shoot tula/wolf/gt/sb/bb. I only buy in bulk when prices are right. Most of it is spam can surplus. Mostly 1260 round crates.

After the crate is open all the loose stuff goes in 40 or 50 cal ammo cans.

I bought a bunch of Russian surplus about 10 years ago for around 3-4 cents a round. Still got a $hit load of it.

Ended up at Rileys yesterday and brought back 500 rds each of Tulammo and Wolf. The only brands they had unless I wanted a gigantic sardine can of Russian surplus, I guess that's what it was. Both brands are steel cased and fairly cheap so really, not even thinking reloading. Let em fly.

Tula works well for me and tends to be cheapest. It's an ak, I use whatever in it. Not going for accuracy, and the gun will eat whatever you feed it.
