SKS in MA

Just wanted to confirm my understanding of the Large Cap W category.
My understanding is that it is lawful to purchase/posess an SKS with simply an FID since the SKS has a "fixed" 10 rnd capacity.

(I'm getting ready to sell a Russian SKS, and want my licensing clause correct)

The world is full of the uninformed. When dealing w/Mass. firearms law, it is almost exusable for a dealer to be confused.
