ME/MA dual resident friendly shops?

Is anyone familiar with shops in Maine, Windham, Portland area preferred, that understand the ATF daul resident laws, and will sell to qualifying dual resident in Maine?
Calling around hasn't been helpful.

Haven't been in a few years, but Windham Weaponry has a retail store in Windham. And a nice indoor range.

KTP does tons of business with out-of-state residents, so they're probably the most familiar with dual residency issues. Though, KTP is around an hour from Windham and Portland. Bit of a hike.

Probably the best way to solve the problem would be to get friendly with a local shop and politely explain the laws if needed. I checked Gunbroker's FFL finder and here's what's available for FFLs in Windham:

I’ll time it on my way north later today. Speed limit is posted at 70 but that might get you run over.

KTP takes me about an hour at reasonable speeds, Cabellas is another 45 minutes or so
