Mass LTC Holders with FLRB Reliefs Will Be revoked !

Add Westford to the list of towns that has now lost this battle in court. I think we're up to 15 that we know of.

I suspect the chiefs that took the 'wait and see' approach are feeling better about that decision.

We're at a standstill now. Everyone who has appealed their revocation has gotten their license back. It's a tactical victory for us, but only that.

We've filed an appeal in two FLRB denials, but are waiting on court dates.

 

Tewksbury today conceded in an appeal that I filed recently.

 

So by my count, only one case left pending??

 

340 cases herd in approximately 9-10 months ? Awesome work ! I got a favorable decision two weeks ago ! No PD contact yet. It’s ok. I’m used to waiting

 

There's others still in the pipe. I have one I'm waiting for the hearing still.

I hope this gets to a federal level eventually. I’d like to not be concidered a prohibited person anywhere or the right to legally buy a gun at a gun shop without worrying about the ATF coming over for dinner

 

I don't know but I know someone who is in this situation and cannot afford to take this to court, or risk 100 bucks on a maybe.
