LTC Renewal

It's been over 10 years since my LTC expired. I live in MA, and I can't locate my old ID card. Any thoughts on how I can get my old ID# which I need for the application?

OP: Welcome.

First, are you renewing in the same town that issued it?
Second, if you don't know it, you don't know it but the cops should be able to easily find it.
Third, you may be treated as a new issue, as opposed to a renewal, depending on where you live, and the PD's attitude.

Answer the questions honestly, and if you don't know, tell them that you don't know.
