Leader of Outlaws Motorcycle Club gang indicted on federal firearm charge

Got to love biker gangs. Especially their cute little costumes. I love how they dress in black leather like they're some kinda of gay cowboy/pirates or extras in a Johnny Depp movie. I think it's cute how they all dress the same. Fat, unkempt facial hair, shitty looking tattoos, leather vest covered with tough guy merit badges, black tee shirt missing the sleeves, (nothing better than a muscle shirt on a dude who thinks fat is muscle) a wallet on a two foot chain, assless chaps, (only ever seen on The Village People), over priced motorcycle with obnoxious exhaust and covered in extremely original looking skulls and flames. Nothing says, "look out, I'm scary!" like skulls and flames!
Then I love how these low life gang bangers try to pass themselves off as good guys because between times when they're not selling narcotics or committing violent crimes one of them once helped an old lady across the street. Yup, that should make up for a legacy of being drug dealing murdering scumbags from the dirt floor of life.
Everything most people hate about motorcycle riders is because of biker gangs. Us normal riders are forever lumped in with these greasy annoying punks. Thankfully the world is full of smart people who ride proper bikes and wear normal clothes and who have never comitted a single crime in their life. And thankfully we far outnumber the laughable weirdos who like to dress up and play like a bunch of loud and dirty morons.
Southpark nailed it with the Harley Faggots episode. Nothing but a bunch of insecure simpletons from the wrong side of the tracks who never got enough attention when they were kids.
I wonder if the poor, silly bastards realize how the rest of the world laughs when we see them in their little costumes. It's like trick or treat for a group of slow kids.
Vroom vroom vroom...wee! Look at me! "Im a cowboy, on a steel horse I ride and I'm wanted, wanted, dead or alive" Yeah, OK Bonjizzy!
When Idiot gun owners shoot up street signs and shoot other hunters many people have a negative view of all gun owners.
When some riders decide they have to form a criminal gang of morons many people associate all riders with them.
I would never defend people acting like a**h***s with guns. Why would anybody defend people acting like a**h***s on motorcycles?
It amazes me what some people will say about other people (or group of people) behind the security of their keyboard. But this takes things to a whole’nother level.

I MA, yes. I have heard first hand stories of such non-sworn "support badges" being accepted in other states where the Sheriffs dept is primary LE.
There were a number of NESrs back many years ago who did the $50 donation and got credentials. I'm aware that in other states they won't know that you bought those credentials and they are meaningless, so you will get a pass on speeding, etc. Deputy Sheriffs (real ones) in MA as well as Constables don't get much respect from police officers in MA.

NYPD is "interesting" as it issues "Mother of NYPD" credentials (badge in badge case plus ID) as well as "Friend of NYPD" badges. NJ PDs do the same thing. I've seen them but no idea how they get treated by real police officers anywhere.

Are you implying that if someone was willing to say this to (your?) face, there'd be repercussions? Physical?

As I stated previously I am not a 1%er or a violent and/or confrontational person. But I know a few 1%er’s. What I am saying is that if you were to take that post and recite in front in of certain people there would be unpleasant repercussions.

Ah, I see. I'm the same to be honest. That's the problem I have with them though. The whole "sticks and stones" thing. I'm not a big fan of any group/organization/religion/etc that I can't openly ridicule without fear of physical harm.

Yeah, I'm sure there are clubs or guys within the clubs doing their share of illegal activity. Not defending that. Where I disagree is the behavior you cite is IMHO more of a 'wannabe' thing. Southpark was definitely ripping the wannabe's and they absolutely nailed it. Probably my favorite episode.

Where I grew up out west I would frequently encounter HA and other clubs. They were always nice to this scrawny surfer / motocross kid and were nice to my Mom and Dad as well. As a Vietnam's vet's kid with a circle of friends that were largely vet's kids- seeing firsthand and also on the news how the hippies were treating the returning vets was upsetting- spitting on and/or throwing shit from a cowardly distance. It was pretty awesome to see how the bikers gave the hippies what they deserved.

I don't remember the specific club, but I might owe my life to them. When visiting Glacier Natl Park, I took off to do my own exploring despite being a little young for that. I wasn't lost LOL but was 'taking a little extra time finding my way back' to my parents camper. It was getting dark and the already cold temps were dropping quickly. Biggest problem for me would have been the weather, but theres' always the possibility of becoming grizzly turds there. A lone, semi panicked kid isn't exactly a hard target.

Earlier that day a club from the east coast had pulled in next to us at one of the parking areas in Glacier. Because of the sudden change in the weather, they were all freezing their asses off. My parents invited a few at a time to come in to thaw out and have some hot coffee. These guys all looked pretty lean and mean- no dressed up fatties in the group. They eventually ended up nearby in the same campground as us and quickly mobilized to find me once it became late enough that my mom was starting to freak. One of the guys in the club found me and brought me back.

I was given something similar by a NY police commissioner (NOT NYPD) many years ago, but it was just a printed card with a note from him instructing his officers to extend courtesy to me. I never used it (in fact, I never drove through his town, and would have been too embarrassed to use it anyhow) and probably don't have it any more unless it is buried deep in the archives.

The Dean of Registrars at NU became somewhat friends with me over my years there. He was also an NU grad, so we saw each other at the group reunions as well and we used to joke with each other. At some point he became Registrar of Motor Vehicles in Commiechusetts. At one of the reunions he gave me his new business card and put a note on it that it wasn't good for OUI stops. [rofl]

M
are you serious?
there are a lot of biker clubs around the country. in the midwest it's the thing to do. 99% of them have no involvement in anything criminal. many of them are guys who are sober and no longer drink or use drugs.
He said “1% club.” It’s a misnomer but generally refers to “outlaw” clubs.

Patriot Guard Riders often ride together to missions, Christian Bikers wears patches, etc.

The 1%er clubs claim territory by having a third rocker with a location. This also leads to beefs with other 1%er clubs who also claim that location. That’s at the root of the fight between Hells
I've got an acquaintance who was a member of HA. He had a felony conviction for something, and went to one of those places where you could rent a gun and go shooting without a LTC. His ex learned of it and called the FBI. When the FBI came to his house, he admitted it.

They offered to drop the charges if he would "roll" on HA.

He spent five years in Federal prison and is alive today.
Very, very, very unusual according to my nephew. a LEO in NH.

He says if they arrest or question an HA, they say nothing and call their lawyer.

Thus your statement supports the previous description of these so called 1% ers

They have manners. I'm sure Hitler did as well. I'm trying to figure out why things like this matter at all.

Honestly - if you have policies such as "We don't like those guys that have that logo on so we're gonna kill them" I don't care if you open a door for me or not.

If you have policies of "hey - if you a citizen dress wrong, we're gonna have to beat you up" I don't care if you help an old lady across the street.

If you have policies of "don't mess with us because we're bad mofos and will just mess you up" I don't care if you cure the common cold.

Everyone knows what 1% means. The fact that you are "a nice guy" 99% of the time doesn't cut any slack with that other 1%.

You want to have a club that backs each other? I think that's awesome. But MC members who spout off about how tough they are and how they beat and kill - you're a gang. And need to be treated as such. Otherwise, have a great and safe day. You aren't bothering me. I'm not bothering you. We all win.

I don’t think he knew that what he did was illegal. They knocked on his door and asked if had gone shooting on such and such a day. He replied “yeah, why?”

I used to belong to a biker gang called Yankee Beemers. The only beef our gang had with anyone was our majority of old as f*ck cheap-ass members beefing with the leadership over the breakfast buffet costing $12 at the monthly meeting!

When was that? Must have been a looooong time ago as now it’s $14 and I haven’t heard any complaints.

Yankee Beemers is the largest BMW club in the country. They run a lot of events, don’t care if you own a BMW, and their motto is “Ride to Eat, Eat to Ride.”

But they don’t wear vests or claim territory. It’s the territorial claims that seem to make the 1%er clubs go full retard.

This was around 2009 - 2011.

They run in groups. You won't take on one. Even if it turned physical and you managed to deck one with a well-thrown punch, the others will be on you instantly, like a pack of wolves. They also tend to pack nasty items like blackjacks, brass knucks, etc.

I had an old friend who was an HA associate and dabbled pretty hard in meth and heroin/fentanyl. If you think that MCs and the opiod epidemic are mutually exclusive you can keep your head in the sand. "They aren't bothering me" mentality doesn't really hold water when you have friends and relatives that die from an overdose from poison peddled by your 'friendly', local 'bike enthusiast', gang... er I mean 'club'.

Trooper Arrests Man with Firearm, Narcotics after Struggle

Shortly after 9 p.m. on May 1, 2021 Trooper Ryan Sceviour, assigned to State Police-Norwell, was patrolling Route 3 in Weymouth. At that time he observed a black Cadillac sedan following another vehicle at an extremely close distance then abruptly change lanes and nearly strike his cruiser. Trooper Sceviour activated his cruiser’s emergency lights and initiated a motor vehicle stop.

Upon the Cadillac coming to a full stop Trooper Sceviour approached the passenger side and identified the operator as ANDREW LIBERTY, 30, of Marshfield. While speaking to LIBERTY the Trooper observed a small bottle of partially-consumed alcohol, a syringe, and a leather vest with “Outlaw Motorcycle Club” insignia sitting on the passenger side floor. Trooper Sceviour gathered LIBERTY’s license and registration then returned to his cruiser to conduct an electronic RMV inquiry. The results of the inquiry revealed the license plates belonged on a Nissan, not a Cadillac.

Trooper Sceviour returned to the Cadillac and informed LIBERTY of the registration issue, then instructed him to step out of the vehicle as it was going to have to be towed from the scene. After LIBERTY stepped out Trooper Sceviour observed a folding knife in his pocket. He then conducted a pat-frisk, removed the knife, and felt an object toward the center of LIBERTY’s belt line that he suspected to be a firearm. The Trooper lifted up LIBERTY’s shirt and observed the black handle of a revolver. LIBERTY immediately reached toward the firearm and a struggle ensued. Trooper Sceviour was able to utilize his training and overpowered LIBERTY, then escorted him to the ground where he continued to resist. He was eventually handcuffed, at which point he became compliant, and was then assisted to his feet. Trooper Sceviour located a loaded Taurus .38 special handgun; LIBERTY does not possess a license to carry firearms.

After a search of LIBERTY’s person, Troopers located a small amount of a substance suspected to be heroin. LIBERTY was then transported to the Norwell Barracks for booking where a bail commissioner was contacted and released him on personal recognizance plus the $40 bail clerk fee. LIBERTY was scheduled for arraignment at Quincy District Court on the following charges:

1. Illegal Possession of a Firearm;
2. Possession of Ammunition without FID Card;
3. Carrying a Loaded Firearm;
4. Resisting Arrest;
5. Disorderly Conduct;
6. Attaching Wrong License Plates;
7. Unregistered Motor Vehicle;
8. Possession of a Class A Drug;
9. Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle; and
10. Marked Lanes Violation.

My wife and son were on a flight from Logan to Chicago and a member was on the flight and she said that he was treating the stewardess like shit. If you are going to wear the colors in a public setting like that you would think you'd act better.

I always thought a 1% er club meant the dumbest 1% of the population. Guess I was right.

I'll never understand these biker gangs. Are they feuding over selling drugs or other illegal stuff? Are they trespassing on their "turf"?? Just seems so ridiculous and dumb. My friends uncle was/is in a biker gang on the north shore and got in trouble with the law a number of years ago. Then my friends cousin's husband is in a biker gang and loved to "brag" to us that he's in a gang and that they have "beef" with XYZ gang from XYZ city. SO. FRIGGEN. DUMB. It's like they never grew up from middle school and have nothing better to do??
Bro...it's all about.....wait for it......wait for it........RESPECT!!
Aretha Franklin is their patron saint.

A client's brother has "PTSD" (and I put that in HUGE quotes - he doesn't. He's lazy) and left his job as a FF and bummed around for a while. Decided a year or so ago that his best option was to join the Outlaws. THANKFULLY he moved out of state and sort-of straightened out a few months ago. I could only imagine him as the passenger in the vehicle and being in tehJail right now. With a wife and young-ish kids at home.

The $40 is the fee paid to the bail commissioner.
  1. Illegal Possession of a Firearm;
  2. Possession of Ammunition without FID Card;
  3. Carrying a Loaded Firearm;
  4. Resisting Arrest;
  5. Disorderly Conduct;

  9. Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle; and

These are his charges and they let him out on his own recognizance?

I would venture a guess that he is ratting out some of his biker buddies.
