Willing to click on the link, but just don't care about one man's actions as it relates to a country of 360 million people. There are a dozen or more far more pressing issues happening at the moment.
Disappointing but unsurprising. The internal gangs and gang-related behavior--complete with tattoos and (unlawful) initiation rites--of the LA County Sheriff's office is well documented in both the local public press and court filings. Last year, the union representing the officers was fighting an order to disclose gang-related tattoos. Great group of humans there....

Back about 35 years ago, there was a shootout between a burglar and San Diego Sheriff's Deputies. Turned out that the perp was actually an off duty Deputy. Ah...just found it. Officer Slain in Apparent Robbery : Crime: He is killed by a fellow deputy, who was also a friend, from the Encinitas station. The dead man was off duty and wearing a mask. Accomplice escapes.
