Justice Kavanaugh

Huh, NES member wondering about the sex lives of other members? Christ, this thread is getting weirder and weirder...

But are you not entertained?

I'm not offended in any case. None of us are as special as we like to think we are. With the obvious exception of Jason Flare, of course.

Every one of us will be pushing up daisies in 100 years. And the world will still be here.

I'm not quite sure I get what you're saying. I didn't have kids because I was 42 when I got remarried. I wanted kids and the whole mom thing. Just when I was a lot younger. I don't think that has anything to do with feminism. It's just the way things worked out. And that's fine. My husband also did not want kids this late in life.

I understand, sh!t happens, life is all anecdotes, no patterns are discernible, no one can figure out cause and effect.

Nope, wondering about the sex lives of other members provides no entertainment for me. I guess that makes me an oddball.

Since the advances in genetics are getting closer and closer to solving the cause(s) of aging, some of us might be around a lot longer than we wanted or were intended to be. [smile]

As for the world, it might still be here in 100 years, but the big unknown is, will we still be here.

I was molested in LenS law seminar but repressed it......so I took it again just to be certain.

[laugh2]

I'm hoping the nomination will happen but i'm sure if it does there will be an epic amount of protests violence and craziness. I'm also afraid the right doesn't have the stones to nominate him knowing what will come. They should just do it and let it burn.

I agree with everything you stated in this post.

Ex-boyfriend filed restraining order against third Kavanaugh accuser
It keeps getting crazier.
I can tell you from personal experience anyone can lie and Women are the best at it. Cost me tens of thousands of dollars for a false accusation that was a lie.

And I get paid to deliver (serve) those lies for years and years after they get divorced!

lol. You've been married 13 years. Maybe you have a unicorn but if not you've had 75% of the sex you're ever going to have - at least with your current wife. Maybe you can beat the odds if you don't have kids. Best of luck.

Dude with the stuff I read here I honestly feel bad for anyone who does not get rocked the way I do. I try not to brag but in that area zero complaints. Whenever. Wherever. However. But it did take 35 brutal or lonely years to get there. Two kids. And yes I am one lucky mofo with the stuff I went thru to get where I am today. My wife says it was Angels but I have yet to understand why...

Which advances? Despite what they might lead you to believe it's still all voodoo. Death is an essential design feature of sexually reproducing organisms and probably far more difficult to defeat than you might imagine. If Steve Jobs couldn't do it what chance do you think you have?

Yes, I understand. I've been married 30 years and the second half has been mortal combat. More due to me changing than her, but still. I do remember the good part.

If true this would throw a curve ball into tomorrows hearings.

It's simple. First, I never said that I would benefit from advances in slowing or preventing aging. Second, aging didn't kill Steve Jobs; pancreatic cancer did. If you don't think advances have been made in curing diseases that have extended life spans, then you haven't been paying attention.

I am sorry you missed the point I was trying to make but good quip though...

So Nick, you didn't say, "I will admit I often wonder what Milbro and Calsdad have for a sex life with some of the things they post but I do certainly get where they come from."
Are you willing to sign an affidavit that states you denied saying it? As I said. this thread is getting weirder and weirder. [laugh]

I didn't know we were arguing about this? Are we arguing about this?

Anyway, back on topic, Forward makes a point of Julie Swetnick's Jewishness. Doesn't seem that relevant but they did it.

Swetnick graduated from public high school in Gaithersburg, Maryland, a Washington D.C. suburb with a significant Jewish population near Kavanaugh’s childhood home.

Swetnick’s aunt Helene Moglen is a prominent Jewish feminist and literary scholar at University of California at Santa Cruz. Reached by phone on Wednesday, Moglen said “we’re too busy right now” and hung up.

Swetnick is the granddaughter of Russian immigrants Joseph and Bella Moglen. Joseph Moglen was a Yiddish-speaking jewelry store worker, a socialist trade union activist and “working class intellectual” from Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Their daughter Elaine Moglen Swetnick, Julie’s mother, graduated from Hunter College and worked for the Atomic Energy Commission, according to her obituary.

Julie Swetnick’s 95-year-old father, Martin, is a retired NASA physicist. Julie Swetnick has two siblings, Adam and Susan.

Martin Swetnick told the Washington Post he was shocked to hear that his daughter was in the headlines. He admitted he had long fallen out of touch with all of his children.

“The only time we communicate is on my birthday when she sends me an email,” Swetnick said.

The elderly father called Julie Swetnick a good high school student and said she never mentioned being sexually abused by Kavanaugh or anyone else.

“Maybe we were poor parents,” he told the Post. “She lived her life. We didn’t discuss it.”

Throwing it to the wind, why not? Not if it comes out that the incident was investigated by the PoPo, in 1982, and found to be an unsubstantiated accusation by an inebriated teen girl. At a party that Judge K wasn't even at.

I didn't know we were arguing about this? Are we arguing about this?

If you deny that researchers haven't made progress in uncovering the secrets of aging, in addition to curing once incurable diseases, then we are in official argument mode and should take it to its own thread.

At this point I'm thoroughly sick of it. Feeling very black-pilled today. I keep thinking about moving to Nowhere, Kansas, playing with my toys and never connecting to the internet again. Let the Bolsheviks have their socialist utopia, they deserve whatever they get.

But I know it's not that simple.
If there's gonna be a Communist Revolution, I'd much prefer using my toys on them than tin cans and steel plates.

After all, the ENTIRE reason we have a 2nd Amendment is because it is necessary for the security of a free state.

Before all of this fake news that Dianne Burninhellstein gave us came up, I wasn't too hot on Kavanaugh. He seems to be a typical Milk Toast Bush type and he acts as though the 4th Amendment doesn't exist.

Okay, that's a personal fault of his, but I feel bad that he's been dragged through the most vicious SCOTUS nomination in history for things that I don't think happened. For him not to be confirmed means he and his family have been put through this ringer for nothing.

Whether I think he'd be a good SCOTUS justice or not, whatever he wants is what I'll support and he seems to want to be a Supreme so I hope he gets the votes needed.

Am I the only one that thinks this sounds like the whole fells acres debacle. Unsubstantiated claims. No evidence. Politicians looking to make points

Was discussing this earlier today. RE: the first accuser, Fells Acres - both were "repressed memories" which even the libtarded APA knows are nonsense.
