I'm pretty sure that's racist. Let me go check my Progressive's Aggrievement Manual.

HA!

I went to check the definition of aggrievement to make sure I was using the word correctly - and this is the description:

Definition of AGGRIEVEMENT

aggrievement
noun

ag·grieve·ment | \ ə-ˈgrēv-mənt \
Definition of aggrievement
: the quality or state of being aggrieved

Examples of aggrievement in a Sentence
Recent Examples on the Web

Several women described sharing a politics of aggrievement that grew out of their experiences as young conservatives in America today. — Astead W. Herndon, New York Times, "Trumpism Finds a Safe Space at Conservative Women’s Conference," 17 June 2018 At the time, Mr. Trump was a white male in his 60s, squarely in the network’s core audience, and his unfussy patriotism and keen sense of aggrievement made him a natural fit for the Fox News aesthetic. — New York Times, "Fox News Once Gave Trump a Perch. Now It’s His Bullhorn.," 1 July 2018

Wow - the retard really does run deep. Trump Derangement Syndrome is even leading Merriam Webster to update the descriptions of word and how they're used in a sentence.

Tomorrow during the testimony:

DiFi: I received last night a picture of Brett Kavanaugh and Bill Cosby shaking hands and laughing. The FBI must investigate this photograph and if the SCOTUS nominee was an accessory to convicted rapist Bill Cosby.

They are trying to rewrite the entire commonly used english language, one word and phrase at a time. Another example is
Illegal alien.......undocumented migrant. There's a slew of others that escape me at the moment.

I was just surprised to find those examples. I look up the definitions of words quite often just to make sure I'm using them correctly - and usually the examples of how to use a word correctly in a sentence are very innocuous and generic.

This one was specific and - of course is an attempt to get more Trump hate going.

But you are correct - one of the underlying strategies Commies use to gain power , is to destroy the meaning of words and language.

This entire country has gone completely off the rails.

wait, check that. Every liberal in this country has gone completely off the rails.

At this point I'm thoroughly sick of it. Feeling very black-pilled today. I keep thinking about moving to Nowhere, Kansas, playing with my toys and never connecting to the internet again. Let the Bolsheviks have their socialist utopia, they deserve whatever they get.

But I know it's not that simple.

Oregon Senator Jeff Merkley to file lawsuit to stop Kavanaugh vote

"The President and Mitch McConnell want to ram through this nomination come hell or high water, without real advice or informed consent by the Senate, but that's just not how our Constitution works," Merkley said.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Oregon Senator Jeff Merkley is suing to block the Senate from voting on the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

Merkley, a Democrat, contends the Trump administration has interfered with the Senate's ability to provide advice and consent by withholding documents from Kavanaugh's tenure working in White House under President George W. Bush.

Well, just like we were forced to enact Obamacare to see what was in it, we MUST APPOINT JUDGE KAVANAUGH TO THE BENCH TO SEE IF THE PROCESS IS INTACT.

Really, with how this has all been going, I'm guessing that the next piece of evidence the Dems provide to support Dr. Ford's accusations will be a cell phone video of the rape. And if they do, I'd bet money that there would be plenty of people in this country that view it as being genuine evidence.

LMAO!

Plenty of people would believe it!

You remember traumatic experiences in great detail. This is how the human mind works. I have heard from women that have been raped or assaulted and they remember every damn detail like the color of the carpet the smell of the cologne, etc. Its like time slows down.

I don't remember what I ate for lunch yesterday, but I can tell some pretty detailed stories of antics in HS and College 20+ years ago in great detail.

I read an article recently that talked about that time slowing down sensation. It said that there is some evidence - based on research - that the senses actually do speed up or see things in a higher resolution when an organism is in danger. They compared it to video resolution where normal high res video is something like 35 frames per second , and really high res video can be 60 frames per second. If I remember correctly the article went on to detail that some types of animals - notably smaller prey type animals - have a nervous system that functions at this higher resolution all the time.

I suppose having a nervous system that operates at double speed all the time has no real benefit - for a massive energy burn. The brain actually burns quite a bit of energy. So evolution has wired humans to operate at a sustainable pace for most of the time - and speed up when there is an extremely dangerous situation that is life threatening.

I think I read somewhere that humans do, and some can handle more than others, I think PTSD is where a person snaps from one of, or multiples of these episodes

You can absolutely take that to the bank.

Time passes more quickly as you get older for the same reason, your brain is operating at a slower sampling rate for want of a better biological description. For a longer perceived life you need novelty, lots of it, and minimum routine.

You can get a sense of your neurological sampling rate/frame rate the next time you're sitting at a stop light. Look at and follow the wheels of crossing cars and you'll see the smooth rotation become discrete rotational steps. It's just something we're not aware of in normal operating mode.

I believe myth busters did a segment on this. They gave a guy a handheld device and the device flashed a number so fast that no one could read it. Then the guy went to the top of a giant crane where his job was to bungee jump off the crane and see if he could read the number as he was falling. He did.

Here is my solution, to shut up the dems, delay the vote to appease, do the investigations, but if nothing comes of it then bring back the existing 100 senators as of today to make the vote, no matter when the investigation ends. That way they get their truth they so desperately want at the same time it shows that it is not about the timing. Technically if the vote was supposed to have already have happened under this senate and it was falsely delayed then the vote should go back to the existing senate.

Or
The repubs grow a set of balls and just ram this through with or without sensitivity process and let us citizens fight this out for the next decade or so.

Wild speculation here but nerve impulses travel at fixed-ish speeds. However, you can theoretically boost your nervous system performance by increasing the frequency of nerve impulses, in a similar way to your heart rate speeding up under stress. That must be what happens.

Now somebody reading this go get your Ph.D. on this topic. You're welcome.

More hypothesis here, perhaps stress hormones or adrenaline cause nerve impulses to increase their speed. Or, stress hormones or adrenaline cause the brain to process information in a different manner. We generally ignore massive amounts of data every second. I.e. There is no need to know what someone is saying, what you can smell or what you can see peripherally as you are about to hit a baseball. All that data is ignored.

They'll still vote Friday, he'll still be passed to the full senate for a vote. Nothing is going to change that. Personally I think this is great. The mor these phony baloney allegations come up, the more obvious it is that it's just a lie to keep him off the court...

Gang Rape, with identified no corroborating witnesses, he's not even accused of the activity, and none of these gang rape victims have ever come forward, put forward by a sleazeball attorney, who said his client has submitted "sworn testimony", sworn by who exactly? .... It's so obviously baloney it's downright amusing to watch. Seriously.

The rumor is that Julie Swetnick's nickname in high school was "Finger Cuffs"

She's got quite the contemporary reputation as well.

The assertion isn't that someone put a roofie in someone else's drink, it's that drinks were spiked with alcohol "to lower girls inhibitions and incapacitate them" - there's a f***ing leap. My god, alcohol in the punch bowl at a high school or college party? Unheard of! And if it did happen, it couldn't be that teenagers and young adults like getting drunk, no, it's the rapist patriarchy. Honestly, the mental gymnastics.
