Brown to Vote Against Reciprocity Bill

He's terrible, but was worth supporting at the time. Now, I wouldn't walk across the street to vote for the guy.

It`s not unexpected. He`s running for re-election against a uber liberal moonbat who would have beat him up if he supported the bill. I have already sent him an email telling him how disappointed we are in him. I will still support him because, as I`ve stated previously, he`s a Republican and he drives the liberal Dems crazy because he`s in Teddy`s seat. Would you rather have Lizzie Moonbat in the seat?

Just sent off an email to him...

"To reciprocate a license is just offering the same liberties to out of state residents that already exists for the resident of the said state. Why do you think its fair to restrict an American citizens rights when traveling or doing business in the state of MA???

I and many other freedom loving voters cannot support a candidate that does not put the constitution first and the rights of its citizens as the #1 focus. "

see what response if any I get back...

Senator Brown,

I just wanted to congratulate you on successfully alienating one of your biggest groups of supporters. During your last campaign it was us NRA/GOAL members standing in the rain holding signs and knocking on doors, not the Massachusetts "blue dogs" who you are obviously trying to appease by opposing this bill. I would have thought that someone as intelligent as yourself would have realized that the anti-second amendment crowd has no intention of supporting you anyway, simply because you don't have a (D) after your name. Rest assured though, the NRA, GOAL, and gun clubs across Massachusetts will not forget your disloyalty when we go to the polls in November. I apologize if I have come off as rude, I am just confused as to who I am supposed to support this time around now that you have shown your true colors.

Best,
Timothy X, XXXXX

I would not waste my time sending this clown a letter. They don't care what you think. They tell you what you want to hear. You elect them and once elected they ignore you and do what they want.

Scott Brown is nothing more than the lesser of a bunch of evils. He's still an evil though.

Why would you look at the comments on Huffington Post? That's like looking for nude photos of Oprah.

I just threw up a little bit in my mouth, thanks. [wink]

At first I thought I could refute a few of the dumber comments, but then they got dumber...and dumber...

I have friends who have spent the better part of their lifetime trying and hoping to change things in MA. We would all be much better off if they'd move the the states that value them and they could vote to ensure that those states never go the way that MA did. Come help keep our senators on the right side of the isle, and MA can have its socialist senators.

Here was a chance for Brown to do right by the people who supported him in the last election. Now he does what is politically expedient by claiming states rights.

Except in this case, the US government is expanding the rights of Massachusetts citizens. I support states rights too, but not to limit a constitutionally protected right. This is not a case where a state is trying to protect the rights of it's citizens, and the federal government is trying to interfere. It's the complete opposite.

Every citizen has a 2nd ammendment right whether they like guns or not. HR 822 would protect that right. Brown is supporting government control. This is not a republican ideal. I am not sending him another penny and I will not vote for him again.

I said I would vote for Warren in an earlier post. I was just blowing of steam, I couldn't possibly do that without throwing up in my mouth. She and Brown can both you know what.

Got an AID told him he lost my vote, my family's vote, my gun clubs vote and probably all the gun owners in Mass. Im voting third party or a bullet. I wouldnt vote for either now. Now the AID was flustered and said their phones have been ringing off the hook. So here we go Call and Email as much as possible and see what he does.

Its kinda fun blasting his office! (202) 224-4543

I am on hold right now with his DC office.
Let him know there are plenty of people like myself that live minutes from the border but will not go into MA and spend any money ever because I can't carry when I go without having to pay extortion to your state

Thanks for posting the number for easy access. I'll be making that call and sending that email.

and....I'm officially doing a write-in for daffy duck. Good luck Mr. Brown with your new career, I'm sure there are plenty of jobs on Monster.com for RINOs in Washington. There will be one less opening in MA, and I hope my vote is the one that casts you the f*** out, traitor.

F*** it, let the moonbat come, sink this damn ship as soon as possible. At least she's up front about how ridiculous she is.

Just sent him a message reminding him of all the help he got from the gun community in his election. Also told him that there is disappointment in him and that the support will not be forthcoming in his next bid for the Senate.

Does Brown really think Mumbles will help him..he is going to learn the hard way. His wife should have kept her day job.

Called and sent Email.

I likened this issue to my DL not being recognized when I hit another state's border. Every state has differences in insurance levels (or none) required, minimum ages for drivers, etc. We'll see if that computes with Scotty?
