Yugo 59/66 legal in MA?

I found a Yugo 59/66 SKS in a CT gun shop. Store owner is from MA and said it was ok to take home in MA. It has a granade launcher attatchment and a folding bayont. I'm concerned about the launcher.

That rifle is ok in MA, just make sure you fill out the FA-10 when you bring the rifle into MA and do not have a grenade
with the launcher LOL.

The 59/66 is not subject to the AWB due to the absence of a detachable magazine.

Therefore, the grenade launcher (and any other "evil" feature) is perfectly legal.

As PATRON noted, you must submit a FA-10 (within 7 days of the rifle entering MA).

Check "Registration" and complete the form, leaving the "Seller" section blank.
