Which one? 9mm or .40?

Mind you since 2013 people had a lot of chances to buy 9mm... down below 200 a case even.

Yep - I paid $202.35 for 1K rounds of WWB 124gr last summer. in hindsight, I should’ve picked up a couple/few cases. I also think the hysteria will ebb at some point. I also reload and have more than enough primers, powder, brass, and projectiles to put together several thousand rounds if need be (but at that price, it’s not worth it to me to reload) to avoid today’s prices.

I know of only one reason to buy a .40 these days. You are getting a classic SIG and you want to be able to shoot 9mm, .40, and .357 SIG. By buying the 40, you simply swap the barrel for the 9,, or .357 SIG and get a 9mm magazine to feed the 9's.

Three calibers out of the same gun. The slide on the 9's don't allow the larger barrels to be fitted and the .357 SIG guns are too hard to find.

Oh yea, there is one other reason to have a .40. To annoy Jim.

"Jim, I'm getting some bullet setback in my reloads, can you help?"
"sure, what caliber?"
"S&W .40"
"Get the **** out of here."

Works on Glocks too. At the range today i shot all three from my G27.
