Springfield Armory handguns will not be available in Massachusetts. The factory has said..."WE HAVE NO INTENTION OF GOING THROUGH THE MASSACHUSETTS CERTIFICATION PROCESS because the laws and regulations are not clear".
it's a sad world we live in where a state can make laws and restrictions so cloudy and restrictive that gun manufacturers don't even bother to try to submit to the state for acceptance... with all the safeties on the springfield arms xd's it seems like they should be one of the safer guns out there...........
This is really pathetic, but the California handgun "safety" regulations are more objective than the Mass AG's pseudo-rules.
"First, instill confusion. Fear will follow, then a complete, paralyzing, disgust and resignation. Once there is accommodation and begrudging acceptance, there is victory."
