My nephew Danny took a bear in Maine. 185 lbs dressed. He'll have to get his cousin Lance's recipe for bear parm. Can't tell it from a good veal parm. if he uses the right cuts. Jack.

Would be quite the ride. He lives in Virginia and comes to Maine to hunt. He owns a house and 120 acres which his son and family live in. That's where our family deer camp is. Jack.

Thanks for doing this, dd. I'll have to get with the program now. The NH sons were up there over the weekend putting up stands. They had a LOAD of deer pics on the cams from over the last two months. Zone 23 is going to be HOT this year. That's my nephew Danny in the pic. Jack.
