SBR in ma

Has anyone gone through the process in MA?
I am going to buy a stripped AR lower to reg. as an SBR.
My plan was to get my C&R ffl, which I have already applied for.
Then incorporate so that I don't have to get CLEO approval
Then apply for my Form 1

Anyone have any tips?

I sent my form 1 to the CLEO and it was signed off on, no questions asked.

so now its off to the ATF
