how a Judge would issue a no-knock warrant in this case?
I am not sure that it was a "No-Knock" despite what the latest article stated
The guy was co-operating (he turned over stuff when asked),
He obviously did not turn it all over when asked
Do judges issue "no-knocks" at the whim of the requester?
No.. there has to be probable cause that the "No Knock" is necessary....but see my first response
I can't even see a warrant issued based on mis-matched ammunition calibers.
