Please help me, say it ain't so...

Since I haven't bothered to shoot a .25 in years, I do not remember the brands that I shot. I just remember that EVERY ONE (and there were several) was jammomatic. I have a Beretta 21A in .22... if I want to go hunting field mice, that'll do for me.

Ross,

You have taken a rather innocuous comment that I made and have turned it into a sub-thread....enough already [horse]

My original comment was never intended to be taken as seriously as you are taking it. Truthfully, however, there are applications where a .25 might be the only way to go, especially in deep undercover work, although a quality .22 might be better. Personally I never carry anything less than a 38spl or a 9mm, but that doesn't mean that for someone else a "mouse gun" isn't the way to go. Reliability has to be a factor, not just ergonomics. Clint Smith once said that a hundgun should be comforting not comfortable so even if a gun has superior ergnomics, reliability has to be factored in.

You're preachin' to the choir Brother

[cheers]

Your pal,

Mark L.
