I just got back from the National Pistol Championships at Camp Perry Ohio.

On the way, I stopped at my Mom's house in East Otto NY. She had a very nice garden:

I picked up this nice air rifle for $85. It shoots about .5 inches at 10 meters.

This is a group of shooters that I stay with every year. This was taken at the Nagoya Japanese Steakhouse.

Team did lousy. I tied for 4th place in the .22 slowfire match and got my first DR leg points. Came close to the cut in the presidents 100. I was 119. Other than that I did poorly.

You went, got to compete, had a good time.... in my book you did incredible. I will make this someday.

Those are the refurbished air rifles. definately a good deal.

On Sunday the Large pistol primers sold by Champions Choice sold out in about 1 hour. $150 per case (5000). Fin Fur and Feather showed up the next day selling them for $200 per case. That also sold out. People were buying 5-6 of them at a time too.

The Japanese steakhouse is down by Cheesehaven.
