Both built like friggin tanks that’s for sure.I probably wouldn't have passed it up if I stumbled upon it either. Just ribbing you. You drove my 'beetle' and then bought a Porsche.

Thanks. Highly recommend that company for any polishing work. He normally does just guns but he will do small parts as wellLooks awesome
Get outta here!Is that a crack I see?
Maybe?...Now you are just showing off
I think it might just be the angle like brewer suggested. I’ll find out once I get it to the range if it can be zeroed. It doesn't look parallel to the bore axis
I sure hope so I’ll find out this weekend....Are we sure it will even make it through a test fire with your lucky lately?
Do you carry that IWB or ankle?
Ankle during the winter months and IWB during the summer....Do you carry that IWB or ankle?
Well I shot about 100 rounds of magnum and light powder puff loads today and so far so good.Wow that's gorgeous Andrew!! You should do an over/under poll on how many full power rounds before that red dot goes flying
Don't lie you carry small of back with that thing to feel extra safe as it tries to sodomize you.Ankle during the winter months and IWB during the summer....
Reminds me of those barrel clamps crosman sold for thier pellet guns. i would be hard pressed to mount clamp style scope rings in that area. I see slippage and damage in the future. .....do like the barrel polish job. Have fun keeping it clean!Scored some old but brand new Millett clamp on scope rings from an online auction. They clamp right onto the rib of the barrel shroud.
Super hard to find and rare.

Anyway, mounted them on my DW 357 6" but my scope is a wee bit long lol. I might have to get the 8" barrel assembly. Haven’t had a chance to shoot it yet but it just seems like a bad idea for the scope to protrude beyond the muzzle...thoughts?

Though slapping on a bushnell 1x red dot would fit it well.

These are made for 357 only I would never try using these with 44 magnum. I definitely run the risk of marring the rib with a clamp but I think it will stay put with 357. I’m just too cheap to buy another set up like the 44 mag in my original post of this thread. That was over $700 - I can’t do that again. Was a present to myself for getting a new job...Reminds me of those barrel clamps crosman sold for thier pellet guns. i would be hard pressed to mount clamp style scope rings in that area. Yeah the 6X just isn’t cutting it at 100 yards....You need a bigger scope
