Is there a way to carry internationally when you travel?

Be one of those guys that wears a suit and runs behind the President's limo?

I hear they occasionally travel abroad.
I can't find the video - perhaps it was scrubbed, for "National Security" or something, but

Sorry.. couldn't help it....

Diplomatic mission where a government does the paperwork for you.
Work for a multinational corporation (energy/freight/sensitive technology) that will handle the paperwork for you
Work for a multinational security/private military corporation (think Blackwater) that does work for multinational corporations/diplomatic missions that will handle the paperwork for you.

Not something mere mortals can do. Don't even think about it.

None of those 3 categories are going to cover carrying internationally for a non-business related trip. No one wants to deal with a diplomatic level incident for one of their employees if it isn't for the company bottom line.

Just wondering if there is a way to do this.
Pretty much gonna be a no. Not really unless you are some "special person" like others mentioned.

where you planning on traveling to? There are many countries where you have a 100x less chance of being a victim of crime when compared to any given area in the USA.
