how do you hold your ar?

I'm more of a fan of the VFG over the magwell hold... i kindof see how holding arm locked thumb over top of rail could ge ok, but i prefer rifles that aren't long enough to even hold it in Such a way.

I'm considering getting some training, but at the very least record video of yourself Shooting that watch it over and over.... its a great tool. I'm going to do this alot more.

Depends on what your shooting.
For trying to shoot for score in the center of a target like cmp/nra high power the traditional standing/target stance works well. Hand position is a preference.
I like just a loose grip right at the delta ring.
Toss in some sort of 3 gun style run and gun....at that point it's finding what works.
