At the car shoot, I'm going to bring both my 8-3/4" .460 and 8-3/4" .500 and shoot full-power loads from each of them... at the same time.

It makes me flinch worse than the .500.

Hopefully, someone will have a video camera on me when I shoot it this time... they missed a priceless opportunity when I shot Big Daddy 45ACP's .500 at Westford for the first time. I was laughing so hard after the first shot I had to put the gun down.

The thing is, the .460's recoil is noticeably lighter, but it is significantly LOUDER.

I was standing next to you hwen you "touched off" a round and I felt like all the air being sucked from my lungs...God I love that gun..
