Ha, nope. Apparently some people mount optics backwards until they’re zeroed, as a reminder. But no idea if that was the case in the picture. And frankly I’d be pissed at any of my subordinates if they showed up to a PCC/PCI before a patrol with a non-zeroed optic. So that’s not a good excuse for that officer.
