Just a cute little four year old playing policeman. I cannot believe the hatefull remarks made about that child. (No I'm not all that surprised either.)

I was stationed in Rota during the 70's, we couldn't wear uniforms off base unless on offical business and one did not make fun of the funny hats worn by the Guardia Civil.
