Unfortunately, mine is heavy into FUDDery. We are starting a range use committee this week, and I'm going to be volunteering to be the range officer for 2013. Getting involved is the only way to get things to change.....
Hopkinton Sportsmans has an excellent board and no FUDDary...some common sense rules but nothing silly.
Also have to give props to HSA; have had nothing but great experiences there. Rules all seem common sense to me, no fuddery.
Hate to admit - I was unsure of what a FUDD was - luckily Urban Dictionary has a nice definition if anyone else was wondering what a FUDD is - http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=fudd

HSC Kicks serious ass. Love that place.

Just spent some time on the HSA site and couldn't tell - Do they allow defensive pistol practice. Namely, drawing from a holster and firing? Firing pistols at CQB distances?
Worcester Pistol and Rifle has reasonable rules, and if some members are FUDDs they don't give the rest of us a hard time.

Monadnock.
Hopkinton. Very sensible rules. I think the only one I would lobby to change would be no steel core ammo. Other than that, it's awesome.
