Not sure about fingerprinting...I got mine this past spring and didn't have to be fingerprinted...maybe it's a Mass thing...it is cool though...ordered a CZ82 and received it three days later, right to my door, just like the old days
No fingerprinting needed - just a certification form confirming you are who you say you are
I submitted my app last week. Should I be concerned that my LTC Class A expires in June? Will ATF see that they are issuing right as my state is expiring?

Does this mean you can buy an 1911 that is at least 50 years old? By old I mean actually manufactured old, and not just old by model and design.
Has anyone found that having a C&R on file with a vendor made any difference in bringing them around to shipping ammo or reloading components to MA?
Of course, not looking for specifics or names; just a Yes/No response.
Can you buy a Class 3 c&r with just a c&r or do you still go through the NFA process for example buying a STG 44

NOT LEGAL ADVICE - I AM NOT A LAWYER
In the Free States I do believe, as a C&R, you could have that item shipped right to your door. It's certainly ok with the ATF.
And as a 1911 is not an assault weapon, it's probably ok in MA as well.
