Any satisfied Smartgunner.com users?

I placed an order on Jan 15.

I sent an email 8 days ago just asking if they had a ballpark time-frame for completion.

I sent another one 4 days ago. Have yet to hear back from them.

I'm not freaking out about it or anything, but I didn't know if some of you guys have had negative experiences with them. I just want to know what I may have gotten in to.

Did you try calling them? I find email is still very slow with most companies and I usually get answers I need faster by calling.

Calling was gonna be next step in another day or so.

He built me an upper about 15 months ago, I'm very happy with it.
His volume seems to be picking up though and don't know if he's hired any one to help with the builds.

That's good to know. I assumed it was more than just a one-man operation. I know that on some items it mentions that it could take 6-8 weeks, so that's why I'm not too worried about it. I'm just used to better contact.

So I still don't have my upper. It took Tommy a while to get to me but says that DD is pretty backed up.
