The MA non-resident LTC is still a dollar sized piece of paper. It is laminated. It does not expire on Dec. 31 of the issue year. It is good for 1 year from the date of issue, or renewal.

I think there is some confusion between MA residents and us non-residents in this thread.

well aprentic was talking about an FID, so it has to be resident.

That's weird. I just got it about a week ago. I wonder why they sent me an old one.

The non resident LTC and the resident alien FID are both made from the Carbon fingerprint license card.
