Speed Channel Is Anti-Gun

As a Libertarian, I would like to argue in favor of SPEED and there right to do this...

However, where the FCC creates a large artificial barrier for content (unconstitutionally I might add), and SPEED being a beneficiary of this, they should be subject to anti-discrimination laws. I would hope someone with an adept and lawerly understanding/profession would use the system to advantage for a change.

The FCC is kind of a "side issue". But yes, the market should dictate policy here. If enough people boycotted Speed TV and their corporate sponsors and demanded that they allow the broadcast of gun-sponsored race teams, then they might have to reverse policy for fear of losing market share or ultimately insolvency.
