I'd do what every mall-ninga would do, I'd draw each of my glock 22's that I had on my left and right hip and proceed to hit the mag release on both. I'd then drop them, in slo-mo-Matrix-style, and reach for my back up Glock and somehow field strip it in mere seconds. By that time the two guys running at me would be laughing there asses off and call off the attack because they think it isn't worth doing anything to a pathetic mall-ninga.

If I was Segal, wait till the last second then rip one guys throat out while simutaniously back kicking the other guy.
