Self defense shoot aftermath in MA vs other state scenario

If you own firearms, it's a good idea to carry an insurance policy specifically for gun owners, especially in a state like Mass, NY or NJ where cops and prosecutors have shown that victims are likely to be charged for defending themselves. These policies are not a guarantee that you will remain unscathed after a shooting, but you are better off if you have one.
However, if you find yourself with a gun drawn and are thinking about potential repercussions if you have to use it, you likely should not have it drawn.
YMMV, but the only reason I would ever use a firearm for defense is if I was sure that the target was trying to kill me or a family member, and the last thing going through my mind would be the ramifications.
If failure to act means the death of yourself or a loved one, who cares what the fall out is.

Here is what a nyc reality is. We just got same sort of people to take power. Just need to be realistic now that all laws and common sense are no longer applicable.

Alvin Bragg. Go figure.

same as san fran was - and probably will be under new DA they got, as they replaced same for same.
same as now boston. activists socialists do not care about laws - they only care about changing the social order, and they succeed at that very well.

i like talking about it, as it is true and i know that is gets old - but there is no worst enemy for any socialist regime than people who can stand up for themselves.
that is why any police tells you now to always submit, stand down, never get involved, never dare to do anything on your own - as your only task is to forever remain the victim. victim mentality is a powerful weapon, as it applies to your whole life and all the life choices you make. the message is - your peasant role is to suffer and be grateful for the sorrows you get.

Lets ask that off duty security guard that saved that doctor
The only thing that saved that guy in the grand scheme of things that he was what was known at the time as a section 400 special police officer in the city of Boston and maybe it worked for a security agency that patrolled housing projects. I believe it was actually a city agency and it does say police on their patches or did at the time. Under the new Massachusetts police officers standard and training program all those section 400 cops were decertified. No longer in Boston is a security guard sworn as a special like that

I think he was a Housing Police officer at the time. Which is under the supervision, or was, of the BPD.

IIRC, he's now a statie.
