Auto Mag you really need to read the MGLs a few more times. All the things that you mention as being not legit, etc actually are legal (as nfortunate as that sounds). So you need to stop with the delusional thought that none if it is allowed. Yes we don't like it, but you're basically proposing nothing as a remedy.

Do more research before you post bad information and advice.
