Possession?

Sorry to Hi-jack but I have a friend with a similar situation(CWOF possession of class D age 21 @ 4 years ago) Where can he obtain a cori report? Should he consult a lawyer, or just go down and apply?

He lives in Hopkinton, which I believe is a green town.

I suggest that he get his CORI and then consult with an appropriate lawyer before applying. The chief can use the suitability hammer if he wants, and your friend needs to put his best foot forward. It is a lot harder to recover from a denial than to have done your homework ahead of time and perhaps avoided the denial.
