Really? That's weird. I sent mine in at the beginning of February and got the license back in 8 days.

I suspect they're getting back to the requests that squeaked in under the rate hike.

The impression I have is that they've been doing just fine with apps accompanied by the new $100.00 fee.

Same here only last fall (about a week).

I had heard speculation that the $25 apps might have gotten re-stacked underneath the $100 ones though

An alternative theory could be those outside of the NE were put down lower too as they may be "permit collectors".

Because unless you hold a Utah resident permit it won't be honored in NH.
