Sometimes it is easy for us to get caught up in the grind of going to work, picking up the kids, etc. But let me share with you just how important you going to a primary can be.
In the 2014 Salem, NH primary election, the top 9 candidates from each party would advance to the general election. Do you know what the difference was between the ninth place candidate and the tenth place candidate?
One vote.
You read that right. A single vote.
That one decision of that person to go to the polls that day had an impact on the next two years of voting on bills like Constitutional Carry.
So please, do your research as much as you can, use the NHFC guide if you want, and get to the polls.
I know one of the candidates (John Janigian) very well from Salem, NH, which is why I found this example. He is a solid 2A supporter and if I still lived in Salem then I would definitely be voting for him. So please, get out there and vote!
