Need info on MA case

where the husband was at work middle of night and the wife was at home with kids and the house was broken into and the wife
used one of husband's gun to defend herself and kids.

MA charged the wife with illegal possession of firearm since she did not have a permit and charged the husband with giving wife illegal access to his firearms
and the both did jail time de-conflicted so someone was able to be home with the kids.

Does anybody remember the case and what the name of the case is or have any info on it?
