Been waiting five months so far for maine non res. Sent in app in january, just cashed the check a couple weeks ago.

Are you not following simple instructions or are they making stuff up? (serious question, Ive never read the Maine application in detail).

That is exactly the problem here. He is NOT following the instructions. That was pointed out above, yet he totally blows that off also. Go figure.....

Racenet, I didn't BLOW IT OFF. I need to get to the town hall to get the thing they want. Others here have said, I didn't need this when I got mine, or that wasn't needed.. Don't fret, I re read everything and trying it again. Go figure.
