with the gun show this weekend ive had this little pistol on my mind...the FEG PA63...i remember at the last show i saw a vendor who had a few at a very cheap price...anyone got any background info on em? or anyone have one? figured it would be a nice alternative to a ppk at about half the cost

I'm thinking that the FEG and the Makarov are two different guns. I mention this only because I've heard much praise for the Mak and much complaints about the FEG.

I had a mighty Mak. Selling it was ***STUPID***. If you see it
at a good price, get it. Bomb proof, heavy, and a ton of fun
to shoot (and carries well).

I got a Mak off Securityboy here on the classifieds and even though its in 380 it shoots and functions just as good as the 9x18 ones I've heard people rave so much about. I don't regret buying it at all.

And that seems to annoy some people, so I keep doing it.

I have an EG Mak and it is definitely a keeper. Try to get one of those if you can. as they are much better quality and also C & R

BTW, there is no such thing as a Polish Makarov. These are P-64s, and are entirely different guns. I have seen guns labeled as "Polish Makarovs" at gun shows.

Real makarovs are great pistols for the money. Problem is in MA they
typically get a retardedly high price for what they are.

That being said, if you find a fair seller, theyre a good
deal... it's about the only "cheap" pistol I'd ever reccomend to
anyone.

Kidding aside, Madmarc0 has told me a few times about how much he loves his Makarov. I have never had one, but if it is as good as Mac says it is, It should be in my collection.
