Let's see those target pictures - post 'em here

8-9 yards, Springfield XD subcompact 9mm, 3.5" barrel.

Nice shooting. Is that offhand, or from a rest?

The CZ will do that @ 50 meters with only a 4x32 Bushnell scope.

Yep, my eyes are definitely one of the limiting factors lol. I've considered getting a second one for use with a scope.

Well, that day has come I guess. I don't know what it was, but ever since this exchange I couldn't get the thought out of my mind.

The best of my first handful of groups/zeroing shots out of my new CZ 455 Varmint. I'm very very pleased at this point, especially considering this is with less than 50 rounds down the barrel in the gun's lifetime (Including factory test shots!).

~30 yards, outdoors, 2"x2" target, 5 shots, bipod, Primary Arms 4-16x scope, CCI Standard Velocity.

And yes, that one loner bothers me. [hmmm]

My wife finally got out and shot her Christmas Present

I was impressed, she is a pretty good shot and even better, she had fun.

Here's my first magazine of reloads in .223. The 100 yd range was down for some work when I shot, so this is at 50 yds. I'm happy with this, the scattergun effect is mostly me, for sure.

Target that involved shooting and moving from 15 to 50 yards with a balance of speed and accurate shot placement. It was pretty fun.

Shot my muzzleloader today. 75 yards, 3 shot groups. Target loads and Shockwave SST, both 250 grains. Not sure what happened with my second group...

White Hots and CCI Mag primers. I need to adjust the headspace, getting tons of blow by.
Ordered the shim kit, and Blackhorn 209 breech plug to shoot BH209 powder.

That's a dead deer all day long! Nice work. How much time elapsed between shots on the second group? Could a hot barrel be contributing to it? Just a thought.

Pretty much the same routine after each shot. I just swabbed with a damp patch of windex to remove the crud ring that pellets leave, then dry patches and load up.

I can't wait to try that BH209 powder, burns clean and no crud ring. Don't have to run patches between shots.

Fooled around little bit today

Jackell, you'll have to use a third-party hosting provider (photobucket, imgur, dropbox, etc) to get that online. It won't display for others from your PC.

Home build AR, iron sights, 75' with some strays it seems....

Pretty decent group......apparently hitting a bit to the right. Remember.......FORS.......Front opposite rear same to move the round strike to the left a bit and you'll be GOLDEN!

Went to the range to try out a Springfield Armory XDM-9. Center target is 35' slow fire. Bottom right was fast fire at 25'. Was using range supplied reloads. couple of fliers but overall was quite pleased. Can't wait until I get a license and can shoot regularly.

This was from my first range trip with my shiny new H&K P30L V3 (DA/SA), which I absolutely love. I was kind of shooting quickly and just having fun more than worrying about accuracy. I was also trying to throw some double-action trigger pulls in there from time to time just to get used to it, since I used to shoot mainly striker-fired pistols.

4" steel plate @ 300 yards

a little under 300 yards, these are 2 shot groups, one using 175gr federal gold medal match, the other using 168gr silver state armory match.

This is my fathers Marlin 336c in .356 Winchester at 100 yds with a 20 year old $39 Tasco scope on it. Hand loads of 200 gr Hornady soft point over 41.1 gr of H322

I was happy with it, as I hadn't shot that rifle in 10 years...

I was testing out a new Wilson 18" spr barrel at 100 yards firing surplus Radway ss109. I was aiming for the tacks, the first photo was high winds and excited shooter , second photo the wind and I calmed down a little.
