Does anybody out there know if i can sell a high cap gun to someone with a class b for home protection

No, I do not think you can buy any hi-cap gun unless your license is a class A no matter what the reason.

No debate here, Twigg - you're spot on. Large capacity handguns cannot be legally owned by an LTC-B holder, but they can own large capacity rifles/shotguns.
