Honestly what I would like to see bare minimum is Congress passing a bill that makes it illegal to add any new gun laws or change the definitions also have harsh punishments for even trying . Then work on getting many laws removed.

If he gets reelected, he won't be jumping from court to court. Those cases will be continued while he's in office. Prosecuting sitting presidents isn't something that happens.

Assign carefully selected members of the BATFE (explosives only division) to a new entity and kick all firearms related BS to the curb with extreme malice.
