How is this any different than falsely pulling fire alarms. The people who abuse 911 should be arrested and charged the same as people who are caught pulling false fire alarms.

Good point. I'll add a college with designated safe spaces to my list of desired ISIS targets. San Francisco is still holding the #1 spot. This can go to #2.
