It won't get to 100%, but it will be close. More powerful words. So, 100 unarmed legislators and a few guards, with tens of thousands of armed people around them? Who is in charge? Are the sheriffs with the people on this day?

You pray the representatives realize they need to represent the people and do so impartially to the best of their ability by diligently listening to their constituents and carrying out their constituents' wishes within the limits of a constitutional framework to avoid usurping the natural rights of the minority within their districts. That's asking politicians to love and respect their hometowns and fellow man more than they love raw power over a populace.

It wasn’t. It’s not a law. It’s a rule. As in... it’s not illegal to not follow this new rule but if you don’t follow the rule, they’ll tell you to leave (via Capitol Police?) and if you don’t, that’s trespassing which is arrestable.

That’s pretty much the daily message on Bearing Arms. When the Sons of Liberty knocked heads together and tossed tea off the ship in Boston, it wasn’t being live-streamed on the interwebs...

That said, if this were the 60s with young girls putting daisies in the barrels of guns held by uniformed troops, it would still be contrived by the media to look like an armed insurrection. The Left will cling to their story regardless of outcome.

It will never happen but it would be cool and a real patriot move if...

The majority of the representatives had now been sent to the VA State House by constituent areas which are 2A sanctuaries. They would show up for the session openly carrying firearms, then allow themselves to be peacefully escorted out of the building. Once they have all been put out and are gathered outside declare that they have a quorum and open the session of congress right there on the front lawn of the State House.

Let's be perfectly clear that when a government converts itself to being against the constitution it's up to the people to "try them for treason". There is no legal process in any state or federal constitution to deal with an entire government body out of control.

This is precisely why the founding fathers explicitly spoke about killing government officials as the only real way to maintain freedom. They were not being existential when they talked about watering the tree of liberty. They literally meant go kill people when they overburden your freedom.

I think it’s also about us having to much freedom. If they could they’d stay in office forever. Because they know better than us. Look how blatant piglosi is. They aren’t trying to even lie anymore. They think we’re stupid.

We are not free. Everything, every law is to oppress us. Look around here. Healy, red light cameras, vaping and (a ton more), its a death by a thousand cuts.

I did not elect to be ruled. I elected to have them look out for us.

1A has been dead for a while. Tell someone you don’t dont like what they think and get red flagged or be branded a racist. I Believe I lost a job because I jokingly said I practice killing people for a hobby. 99% would laugh, 1% got me fired.
