Heads-up for Falmouth folks - the description sounds like these people are too far gone to listen to any input from the other side, but if you're local and know any of these people (or just like to argue), there's gonna be a meeting.

Democratic Town Committee To Take Up Gun Violence

Nan Logan, Grandmothers Against Gun Violence, and others from the Falmouth Gun Buyback Coalition will speak on “Gun Violence and What You Can Do About It” on Wednesday, January 16, at 7 PM at the Gus Canty Community Center, 790 Main Street.

Topics will include the Extreme Risk Protection Act passed by the Massachusetts Legislature this year, guns and dementia, and resources for people to use to combat gun violence.

“The presentations will point out how individuals can use the law and information resources to help reduce gun violence,” said Ann Stone from the gun buyback group.

Kirstin Moritz has noted that “progress seems to be on the horizon in the effort to stem gun violence across the nation. So now is the time to be heard.”

The event is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. Attendees are being asked to bring a donation of a nonperishable food item for the Falmouth Service Center.

For more information on the Falmouth Democratic Town Committee or the meeting, contact chairman Megan English Braga at [email protected] or visit falmouthdemocratictowncommittee.org.

What she meant to say is learn how to use the law to snitch on and erpof*** everyone in your town with a NRA sticker on their car. And get some payback against those people who elected orangeman.

If someone lives in Falmouth it wouldn't be a bad idea to go and quietly listen/record the meeting. Learn what has been passed down to the street thug level in regards to weaponized red flags.

How about they become Big Brothers & Big Sisters to kids in shitty neighborhoods in Boston, Brockton, Lynn, Chelsea, etc. to provide positive role models? Also accept more METCO kids. Maybe foster parent troubled teens.

OH.... that would require doing actual work to get kids out of situations where they are apt to join gangs and become professional criminals. So much easier to virtue signal against law abiding gun owners that won't ever hurt them.

I've got a better solution: Post cops in cars every 100 yards up and down Central St 24/7. It would be surprising how fast the riff-raff would move on. Less drag-racing as well.
