Yeah. Only if you're not already a criminal. LOL. If you're a revolving-door type, they just skip that whole mandatory sentence.

• At 11:47 a.m. Wednesday, Scott R. Lapanne, 33, 26 Sewall St., Marblehead, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and stealing a registration plate. The arrest was made on Roundhouse Road.
